                    Account management and use of the platform<\/h3>
                    • creating and managing your account;<\/li>
                    • securing access to your file;<\/li>
                    • logging usage (for example for security and audit trail).<\/li><\/ul><\/div>

                      Administration and payment<\/h3>
                      • invoicing and payment processing;<\/li>
                      • executing subscriptions and SEPA direct debits;<\/li>
                      • comply with fiscal and administrative retention obligations.<\/li><\/ul><\/div>

                                    • Statutory obligation (for example, tax retention obligation) (Art. 6 paragraph 1 sub c GDPR).<\/li><\/ul><\/div>

                                      For security, quality and improvement<\/h3>

                                        Within Aevita, only those employees who need access to your data for their work have access to it, such as:<\/p>

                                        • nurses;<\/li>
                                        • pharmacist and pharmacy team;<\/li>
                                        • customer service employees;<\/li>
                                        • administrators of the digital systems (for technical maintenance).<\/li><\/ul>

                                          All these individuals are bound by (medical) professional secrecy, confidentiality agreements, and internal privacy and security rules.<\/p><\/div>

                                          In addition, we may share data with:<\/p>

                                          Healthcare providers outside Aevita, but only:<\/h3>
                                          • if this is necessary for your treatment, and with your consent or in accordance with the applicable exchange rules (e.g., GP, other pharmacy, specialist).<\/li><\/ul><\/div>

                                            External processors (service providers), such as:<\/h3>
                                            • hosting- en cloudproviders;<\/li>
                                            • video identification\/eID providers;<\/li>
                                            • IT maintenance parties;<\/li>

                                              We enter into a data processing agreement with these parties, which stipulates that they process your data only according to our instructions and with appropriate security.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

                                              7. Transfer outside the EU\/EEA<\/h2>

                                              In principle, we process your personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA).
