Medication check via the LSP
Your medication is checked via the National Switching Point (LSP). This allows us to verify whether the medication can safely be taken together with any other medication you are using.

Every order is carefully checked and personally prepared by our pharmacists. Preparing is distinctly different from preparing it yourself.

Can I also pick up my medication myself?
Yes, if you wish, you can collect your medication in person from our pharmacy in Soest. Please contact our team, and we will ensure your medication is ready for you.
What is the LSP and why do you use it?
The National Medication Exchange (LSP) is a secure system that allows healthcare professionals to view medication records. If you have given your consent, we will check your medication against this system to ensure that it is safe to take alongside any other medication you are using. An extra layer of safety.
Do you prepare the medication yourselves?
No, we do not prepare medication ourselves. Our pharmacists thoroughly check the medication, accurately prepare orders, and ensure safe shipping. That is fundamentally different from preparing it ourselves.
Can I ask the pharmacist questions?
Absolutely. Do you have any questions about your medication, side effects, dosage or how to take it? If so, you can always ask our pharmacist. You can do this via your regular nurse or via the contact form on the website.
How soon will I receive my medication?
Once the doctor has issued your prescription, our pharmacy will prepare your order for dispatch as quickly as possible. You will then receive an email straight away from our delivery partner, AMP, to arrange a delivery time that suits you.
Do you work with my GP?
No. We will only share information with your GP if you have given your explicit consent to do so.
