Option for additional one-to-one guidance from a certified dietitian, including practical information sessions, a personalised nutrition plan and personalised support from the dietitian via the chat feature in the Aevita app.
Dietetic care is covered by basic health insurance for 3 hours per year. Do you have supplementary insurance? If so, you may be eligible for reimbursement for additional hours, depending on your policy. Please note that this reimbursement is subject to your excess.

How are the costs structured?
You pay a fixed monthly rate that depends on which GLP-1 product you use. This rate includes your medication, unlimited medical supervision, an intake with our dietitian/lifestyle coach, and access to the Aevita app.
What exactly is included in the subscription?
Everything is included in your monthly rate: medication from our own pharmacy, free refrigerated home delivery, guidance from your dedicated nurse, an intake with the dietitian/lifestyle coach, unlimited chat, video and phone consultations, and full access to the Aevita Life App.
Can I pause or stop whenever I want?
Yes, you can pause or stop at any time via the Aevita Life App. There is no minimum contract duration and no cancellation fee. However, always consult your regular Aevita nurse before stopping to determine what is best for your situation.

Does the price vary per medicine?
Yes, the price varies by GLP-1 medication. Mounjaro and Wegovy (pill) each have their own price. All prices are transparent and include counseling.
Are there startup costs or hidden costs?
No. No startup costs, no hidden costs, and no mandatory minimum term.
How will my medication be delivered, and how much will it cost?
Shipping within the Netherlands is always free. Your medication comes directly from our own pharmacy in Soest and is delivered to your home refrigerated. Once your order is approved, you’ll receive an email allowing you to schedule your own delivery time. Would you rather pick it up yourself? You can do so by appointment at our pharmacy.
What if I'm not home, or if there's a problem with my delivery?
In the unlikely event that you’re not home, you can schedule a new delivery appointment once at no charge. If you’re not home again, your package will be returned safely to our pharmacy, and we’ll contact you. We never deliver through the mailbox, so your medication always arrives refrigerated and safe.
If your package is damaged, didn’t arrive properly refrigerated, or something else is wrong, please contact us immediately upon receipt, and we’ll take care of it for you.
